The PE department has 4 energetic and enthusiastic teachers that teach a variety of different aspects related to PE. We offer health classes that cover a wide range of topics related to health fitness, such as mental health, nutrition and many more. The PE department also offers numerous PE activities in class ranging from physical fitness programs, various sport themed lesson such as soccer, basketball, volleyball and many more. The PE Department also offers a weightlifting class that covers various workout programs ranging from beginning lifters teaching technique to sport specific programs. Our PE department strives to influence our students the importance of being active and leading a healthy lifestyle.
